1. About Beautiful You

These terms and conditions apply to all beauty and wellness services provided by Beautiful You, operated by Chauntelle Cracknell from our home salon. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking Your Appointment

Bookings are automatically confirmed through our system. We reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policies or availability.

All clients must complete consultation forms before their appointment. This helps us provide safe and suitable treatments for you.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and you'll still need to pay the full amount.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

No deposit or advance payment is required.

5. Refunds and Corrections

We don't offer refunds for completed services.

If you experience any problems with your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll book you back in to assess the issue and correct it if necessary at no extra charge.

6. Health and Safety

For safety reasons, children cannot attend appointments unless we've agreed this with you beforehand. This is due to the professional products used in our salon.

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that might affect your treatment.

Some treatments may require a patch test before your appointment.

7. Your Information

We collect your personal information to provide our services and may use it for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely and we won't share it with third parties without your consent.

8. General

We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available during booking.
